Unity School District is excited to announce that it is establishing a child care center, available to infants through four years of age. Unity’s Board of Education approved the program at its May Board meeting. The program is the culmination of two years of research, careful planning, and decision making.
The “Little Eagles Early Learning Center” will provide quality child care in a safe and rewarding environment where play and interaction are encouraged. Programming will be affiliated with the school district and will offer beneficial parenting activities as well as child care services. The child care program will be offered through the District’s community education program. The program will operate on a weekly fee-based payment schedule.
Located at the southwest corner of the Unity campus, the center will have access to the current elementary school parking lot making an easy transition for parents. The center will include outdoor and indoor play areas. The building will be constructed during the summer, with the opening of the facility projected to be October, 2019.
Interested parents are encouraged to contact the school district at firstname.lastname@example.org. A contact list is being compiled for when registration and rate information becomes available. Registration will be based on a first come, first served basis.
Unity is excited to offer this service to its community and cannot wait to meet its youngest learners!
