The Unity School District is inviting contractors and firms to submit bids for an exciting renovation project that will transform the District’s current LEAP Childcare Center into a new Community Learning Center.
This project will reimagine the existing space to better serve students, families, and the broader community. The District is seeking qualified partners to help bring this vision to life through thoughtful remodeling and design enhancements.

RFP Submission Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on March 4, 2026
Potential Interviews: March 5 or 6, 2026
Bid Selection: March 9, 2026
Interested bidders are encouraged to schedule a site visit to assess the space and scope of work. District representatives are available to meet and provide building access upon request.
