Welcome to Unity Middle School!

At Unity, we recognize that middle level students experience great changes intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically during the years between elementary and high school. We have dedicated, caring, staff members that are committed to help students successfully transition through these years.

We offer many programs and services to meet the unique needs of young adolescent learners. Since middle school is a time of growth and exploration, students actively participate in a wide range of exploratory classes to discover their interests. Students meet with homeroom teachers on a daily basis for extra academic support. Social emotional learning is emphasized. Asset building, community-building, and anti-bullying activities are incorporated into instruction at each grade level. The school offers programs during the school day and over the summer for students who need extra academic instruction. There are a multitude of extra-curricular and co-curricular offerings for students. On-line grade reporting is also available for students and parents to help increase communication between home and school regarding student progress.

If you have any questions or concerns that arise throughout the school year, please feel free to contact your child's teacher or the school office. I hope that each student will have an enjoyable, rewarding, and positive experience at Unity Middle School this year.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are quickly approaching on October 21st from 4pm-8pm. This will be a time for you and your child to meet with your child's teacher to review your child's progress, discuss your specific questions and/or concerns. Please limit to scheduling with no more than 2 core teachers. If you need to meet with more than two, please reach out to your student's grade level team to schedule a meeting at a different time.

If your child has an IEP (Individualized Education Plan), please schedule with their assigned case manager.  Student schedules are available on Infinite Campus. Spots are limited.
