COVID Communication Reminder to Parents/Guardians: To return to the in-person learning model, we need to work together to achieve this goal. Even though students are learning remotely, we still need to know if your children: Are symptomatic for COVID-19. Have been tested for COVID-19. Have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Are in quarantine due to COVID-19. Please report this information to Nurse Julie McClelland-Komorouski at 715-825-3515 ext. 3010 or jmcclellandkomorouski@unity.k12.wi.us. This information is necessary to determine when Unity can return to an in-person learning model and the appropriate timeframe. Please take these steps, provided by the CDC, to slow the spread of COVID-19: Stay home when ill. Social distance at least 6 feet from others. Wear a face covering around those who do not live in your household. Wash hands frequently with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable. Stay home if you can.
